EvidenceTrace claims to sources
Guidelines, systematic reviews, and primary studies are distinguished. Publication type and uncertainty are not flattened into recommendation language. Bibliographic verification does not by itself prove that a source supports a claim.
Clinical reviewNames require evidence and consent
No reviewer, editor, affiliation, credential, or institutional endorsement is displayed without documentary support. Review-pending content remains visibly labelled and excluded from search indexing.
TranslationUse one locked reference edition
English is the reference edition. A translation becomes indexable only after medical review and native-language review against a recorded reference version.
CorrectionsPreserve a change trail
Material corrections should record the affected page, prior wording, revised wording, supporting source, date, and reason. Quietly changing a consequential medical statement is not sufficient.
