Biography
Clinical practice and research
I am an orthopaedic surgeon and researcher who completed a PhD at Central South University's Xiangya Hospital in Changsha, China. My published work includes the inflammation biology of osteoarthritis, CC chemokines, hyaluronan-degrading enzymes, and the lymphatic system in musculoskeletal health and disease.
My clinical and surgical research also spans sports medicine, foot and ankle surgery, paediatric orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, osteoporosis treatment, physical activity, rehabilitation technologies, and symptom-management approaches.
My orthopaedic training included trauma, joint, and spine surgery. This website connects clinical questions with critical reading of research while keeping mechanistic hypotheses separate from established clinical benefit.
